The Final Report is a short document consolidating everything the program review team has learned and reflected upon from the beginning. The Final Report focuses on the Self-Study’s recommendations, the external review team’s recommendations along with discussions with the department and faculty about the whole experience.
Together, the program review team review and analyze all the information, and identify key action points based on the recommendations made. The team writes the Final Report and Action Plan, outlining what needs to be done, when and by whom. The program review lead submits the Final Report to the Director for the Centre for Teaching and Learning Innovation.
