The Action Plan is informed by:
- the Self-Study and its recommendations
- the report from the external review team along with its recommendations and suggestions for future steps
- input from the department / area under review on the basis of the above
Once the program review team have collated and analyzed the above information, the Action Plan is written. This plan includes specific actionable items, who will undertake the tasks, timelines and deliverables. The program review lead checks on the progress of the items on the Action Plan.
