I wonder if I put a few words here?

Program Review @ NIC

Creating a Writing Plan

This begins with the program review lead organizing faculty meetings to discuss the results of the data gathering and analysis phase. With this input, the program review team then meet to review the evidence and reflect on the learning that has come out of the process thus far. The team discuss the Self-Study template (NIC Self Study Story Outline) and create a writing plan.

The writing of the Self-Study is likely to be an iterative process, involving a back and forth process of input and review. You might want to consider copying the template into a Google Doc to facilitate the joint writing process. Or, certain individuals may be designated a section or two to begin working on, passing on their draft to others for additions / contributions etc. It is likely that for each section, you may have to reach out to others in the college community for additional information, so it’s a good idea to come up with a timeline of actions / deliverables with a final date in mind of when you plan the Self-Study to be complete. This helps keep everyone on track.

The Centre for Teaching and Learning Innovation are available for support and guidance throughout this phase.
