Once you have all the data from the survey questions and the focus groups, the next task is to identify what the data is telling you.
In terms of survey data, this frequently comes in the form of quantitative data that provides numbers / percentages in response to certain criteria. For example, the number of graduates who have ended up working in a field the same as or relevant to their field of studies; the number of current students who are satisfied with the scope of current program offerings etc. Same questions across different groups will allow you to identify trends / commonalities / differences etc. The focus group data will ideally offer a more complex understanding of these figures and trends.
